Coating glass is also called reflective glass.Coated glass is coated with one or more layers of metal, alloy or metal compound film on the surface of the glass to change the optical properties of the glass to meet some specific requirements.Coated glass according to the different characteristics of the product, can be divided into the following categories: thermal reflection glass, Low radiation glass (low-E), conductive film glass.
Anti- Reflective Glass Specification:
AR glass could single to used or been tempered , laminated and other processed.
The coating side could used on the outside surface, tronger to resitance been scrateches,etc.
Glass thickness: 2mm, 3mmm 4mm ,5mm,6mm,etc
Glass size: max 2140mm*3300mm,Min: 200mm*200mm, or customized as per demand
AR with color: Transmissivity >96% , Reflectivity < 1%
AR without color: Transmissivity , >98% Reflectivity < 2%
Film structure: the AR coating glass can be single coating, double coating, produced as per customer's requirements, the more layer AR film, the higher light transmittance and lower reflection.
