Q1: How about sample and charge?
A1: Raw material like float glass,reflective glass,mirror sample is free, The deep processing glass like tempered glass,laminated glass,insulated glass etc. Sample should be charged. Sample freight paid by buyer. After buyer placed mass order sample charge will be refund.
Q2:What's the minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
A2: For deep processing glass MOQ is 100m2; For raw glass standard size MOQ is 1x20'ft container.
Q3: What about the payment?
A3: 30% T/T deposit,balance against copy of BL.
Q4: How long is the lead time?
A4: 2-4 weeks,depend on order quantity.
Q5: How to make sure the glass will not be broken during transportation?
A5: For all glass produced, we pack it into sturdy export plywood crates and use metal straps to pack the crates as securely as possible into the container.
Q6: How to guarantee punctual shipment for my order?
A6: We give priority to export orders and keep updating progress from
production to delivery.
Q7: How can we get detailed price?
A7: Please office us detailed information of the production ,specific packaging requirements and purchasing quantity.
Q8: What about the after-sales service?
A8: Through emails, pictures, video or guest samples to confirm the real cause of the problem. If there is really a product problem, we will deliver replacement glass with no charge.
