Insulated Tempered Printed Glass for Frizer/Cooler Display Case

Insulated glass unit, are designed to keep homes warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. An insulated glass unit commonly consists of two (sometimes more) panes of glass separated by a spacer material and sealed together at the edge. The insulating airspace is filled with air or a noble gas, such as argon or krypton inside.
By required,we can use ITO glass  as the two subtrate glass panels of this insulated unit to do anti-condensation or mist -removal.

ITO GLASS also called anti-condensation glass. With ITO electric conducting layer coated on glass, the glass looks like normal glass, while have good effect in anti fog when environment has big temperature difference in both sides of the glass. 

It is widely used for wine celler partition, refrigerator window, windows and doors, etc.

Specially Outside glass panel  is printed  and tempered with frame pattern ,the color is black,silver etc. according to your draiwng,keep from seeing through the inside dealant
sealant or parts.

Impacting Test

We have advanced tempering furance,printing machine,insulating equipment and  edge polishing machines 




Daily quality check in tempering process, to double-check the light transmittance of the screen-printing area.
Those quality checks including glass dimensions measurments, printing quality, fragmentation test and so on
will be conducted everyday in each production process.
(8mm safety tempered glass with 2 times of screen-printings.
The secondary ultra black layer could block the light transmittance into zero level)
